In a meeting held on August 10, 2026, the Board of Directors confirmed the continuation of Mr. Rizwan Ata as the President and Chief Executive Officer until the conclusion of his current term on September 28, 2026. Following the completion of Mr. Ata’s term, Mr. Imran Haleem Shaikh, who currently holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of President and CEO. Notably, this transition is contingent upon obtaining the necessary regulatory clearance from the State Bank of Pakistan.
