Itanz Technologies Limited Directors Receive Share Bonuses Affecting Overall Holdings

Karachi: Itanz Technologies Limited has reported a series of transactions involving its directors and senior management, reflecting changes in their shareholdings due to the issuance of bonus shares. The disclosure was made in accordance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4, as stated in the company’s report dated August 17, 2026.

Syed Ahmed Bilal, serving as a Non-Executive Director, received a significant number of bonus shares, totaling 481,286 in electronic form and an additional 5 in physical form. This transaction has increased his cumulative holdings to 52.94 million shares, representing 45% of the company’s total shares.

Syed Asim Zafar, an Executive Director, was also a recipient of bonus shares, acquiring 64,693 shares electronically and a further 5 shares physically. His total shareholding now stands at 7.12 million shares, accounting for 6% of the company's shares.

Other notable transactions include Muhammad Amin Shakir, Amer Khan, Amir Raza Khan, Muhammad Yousuf, and Hibatullah Khan, each obtaining 5 bonus shares in physical form, although their cumulative shares remain at 550, indicating no change in their percentage holdings.

Muhammad Maqsood Munshi, from the senior management team, received 25 bonus shares electronically, bringing his total shareholding to 2,750, without affecting his percentage stake in the company.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions have been duly recorded, offering transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements. The issuance of bonus shares is a common practice for rewarding existing shareholders without altering the company’s market capitalization.
