Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has issued a formal request to D.S. Industries Limited (DSIL) concerning the unexpected fluctuations in the price of its shares. The notice, referenced under letter No. PSX/Gen-949 dated August 18, 2026, was dispatched as part of the regulatory requirements under Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015, and PSX Regulation 5.6.3.

According to the report dated August 18, 2026, the PSX observed unusual movement in the price of DSIL's shares during a recent period. This prompted the exchange to seek clarification from the company, as mandated by the regulations that require listed entities to disclose pertinent information when significant changes in the price or volume of their securities are noted.
