Karachi: Agro Processors & Atmospheric Gases Limited has announced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) through the Book Building method, marking a significant development in the financial markets. The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) have approved the issuance and publication of the Prospectus for the offering of 58,049,541 ordinary shares. The announcement was made on August 19, 2026.
The company has detailed that 75% of the total issue size, which equates to 43,537,156 shares, will be offered via the Book Building method. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the shares will be offered at a floor price of PKR 32.00 per share, with a ceiling price capped at a 40% increase, reaching PKR 44.80 per share.
Eligible Participants, as defined under the Public Offering Regulations of 2017, are invited to partake in the Book Building process. Participants who are not yet registered with PSX are required to register by providing essential details including their name, contact information, and mobile number. Clearing Members of the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) must submit this information via email to PSX.
Furthermore, participants are required to express their interest in the Book Building System by emailing NCCPL, with a subject line indicating "Book Building Auction." Adherence to the margin requirements as stipulated in the PO Regulations is mandatory within the designated time schedule.
Comprehensive procedural guidelines have been jointly issued by PSX and NCCPL, with the approval of SECP. These guidelines can be accessed online, along with a user manual for the PSX Book Building System.
The registration for Eligible Participants is scheduled from August 20 to August 28, 2026, with specific daily timings provided. The bidding process for shares will occur on August 27 and 28, 2026. The designated market category for the offering is set within the parameters approved by the relevant authorities, ensuring a structured and compliant IPO process.
