Karachi: KSB Pumps Company Limited has announced a significant leadership change, effective September 1, 2026. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Fida Hussain as the new Director and Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Mr. Imran Ghani. The decision was finalized in a board meeting held on August 18, 2026, as per the disclosure requirements under Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited ("PSX") Regulations.

Mr. Ghani, who joined KSB Pakistan in September 2021, will transition from his current roles following a mutually agreed process. During his tenure, Mr. Ghani has been instrumental in steering the company through a phase of significant transformation and growth. His leadership saw the company not only solidify its market position but also enhance its operational and financial performance. Additionally, under his guidance, the company expanded its export business and developed its service operations, further contributing to the KSB Group's overall strength. Beyond his responsibilities in Pakistan, Mr. Ghani also held the position of Head of Central Asia within the KSB Group.
