EFU General Insurance Ltd Declares 15% Cash Dividend for Second Quarter of 2026

Karachi: EFU General Insurance Ltd has announced a second interim cash dividend for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, at Rs. 1.5 per share, equating to 15%. This announcement was made following the company's Board of Directors meeting held on August 21, 2026, in Karachi and via video conference. This dividend is in addition to the first interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share already distributed for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026.

The entitlement for the latest dividend will be granted to shareholders listed in the company's Register of Members as of August 31, 2026. The company's Share Transfer Books will be closed on September 1, 2026, with transfers received by CDC Share Registrar Services Limited by the end of business on August 31 being eligible for the dividend.
