Karachi: Premier Insurance Limited has announced an upcoming board meeting scheduled for September 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Karachi. According to the announcement, the board of directors will convene to discuss matters that exclude financial results.

The company has also declared a closed period for trading in its shares, effective from August 28, 2026, to September 4, 2026. This period is in compliance with Rule 5.6.1 (d) of the PSX Rules Book. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives of the company are prohibited from directly or indirectly engaging in any trading of the company's shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closed period is a standard practice to ensure transparency and prevent insider trading prior to significant corporate meetings. The company has advised TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange to take note of this closed period.
