Lahore: Amtex Limited is currently under scrutiny by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) for failing to comply with Regulation 5.11.1.(d), as per a report dated August 31, 2026. The company has been instructed to resolve this non-compliance issue by September 15, 2026, by settling all outstanding penalties.
This directive follows PSX Notice No. PSX/N-737, issued on June 17, 2026, which highlighted Amtex Limited's non-compliance. The notice emphasized the company's obligation to address the breach of PSX Regulation 5.11.1.(d) by paying the imposed fines. Failure to do so will result in further action under Clause 5.11.3.(d) of the PSX Regulations, which includes the issuance of a Risk Warning Alert against the company.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), if Amtex Limited manages to rectify the non-compliance issue by the stipulated date, the company will continue to be listed in the "Non-Compliant Segment" due to the unresolved non-compliance of PSX Regulation 5.11.1.(g). This status will persist until all compliance issues are fully addressed.
The current situation places Amtex Limited under significant pressure to meet the PSX's requirements promptly to avoid further sanctions and maintain its market position.
