According to the disclosure, Muhammad Ali Jameel engaged in multiple transactions on August 24 and August 27, 2026. On August 24, Jameel sold 2.50 million units at a rate of Rs. 9.67 per unit and purchased an equal number of units at Rs. 9.78 per unit on the same day. This buying activity brought his cumulative shareholding to 22.76 million shares, representing 1.24% of the total shares.
Further transactions by Jameel on August 27 indicate a sale and purchase of 9.92 million units, with the buying price recorded at Rs. 9.74 per unit and the selling price at Rs. 9.60 per unit. In another significant move, TPL Properties Limited engaged in transactions on August 24 and August 25, 2026. The firm sold 11.89 million units at Rs. 9.70 per unit and bought the same amount at Rs. 9.80 per unit on August 24. TPL Properties Limited's cumulative shareholding stands at 445.86 million shares, accounting for 24.30% of the total shares. Additionally, on August 25, the company bought and sold 6.00 million units at Rs. 9.77 and Rs. 9.63 per unit, respectively.
