Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has issued an inquiry to First IBL Modaraba (FIBLM) regarding unusual movements in the price of its certificates. This inquiry, detailed in letter No. PSX/Gen-1020 dated September 1, 2026, seeks clarification from FIBLM under the provisions of Section 97 of the Securities Act, 2015, and PSX Regulation 5.6.3.

The PSX has requested that FIBLM disclose any relevant information or developments that might explain the observed price fluctuations. These requirements are part of the regulatory framework designed to maintain transparency and inform market participants about any material or price-sensitive information that could impact the share price or trading volume.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), any listed company experiencing unusual price or volume movements is obligated to disclose pertinent information through the PSX's Public Company Announcement and Reporting System (PUCARS).
