Lahore: Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited has announced a change in the schedule of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), previously set for October 20, 2026. Corplink (Private) Limited, by the close of business on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, will be eligible for participation in the rescheduled AGM.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Annual Financial Statements of Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited are expected to be released through PUCARS at least 21 days before the AGM, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
