Karachi: Atlas Insurance has announced the successful crediting of its interim cash dividend for the second quarter of 2026, a move that affects numerous shareholders. The dividend, set at Rs. 2.50 per share, which translates to 25%, was electronically deposited into the bank accounts of eligible shareholders on September 14, 2026.
The distribution was carried out in compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, requiring shareholders to submit valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN). However, the company has withheld payments to those shareholders who have not supplied their IBAN or a valid copy of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). Affected shareholders are urged to provide the necessary information promptly, ensuring they receive their dividends without further delay.
