Karachi: National Refinery Limited has announced a rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a revised book closure period, as detailed in a report dated September 23, 2026. The initial notice, disseminated on September 8, 2026, through PUCARS, stated that the AGM was set for September 30, 2026, at the company's registered office in Karachi and via electronic means.

The meeting has now been rescheduled to October 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and will take place at Beach Luxury Hotel, Karachi, with the option for attendance through electronic means. Despite the change in date and venue, all other agenda items and particulars from the original notice remain unchanged.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the revised book closure period for the company is now set from October 14 to October 21, 2026, inclusive of both days. Transfers received at the office of CDC Share Registrar Services Limited by the close of business on October 13, 2026, will be eligible for attendance at the AGM.

An addendum to the AGM notice has been published in "Business Recorder" and "Roznama Express" on September 23, 2026. The company has requested that this information be disseminated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange accordingly.
