Islamabad: Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) is set to hold its Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the company's headquarters in Islamabad. This meeting will address several key matters, including the confirmation of the minutes from the previous AGM held on October 27, 2025.
The AGM will also consider the adoption of audited separate and consolidated accounts for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. These accounts will be accompanied by the Directors' and Auditors' Reports, as well as the Chairman's Review Report. Another significant agenda item is the approval of a final cash dividend amounting to Rupees 6 per share, equivalent to 60% of the share value for the year ended June 30, 2026. This final dividend is in addition to the interim cash dividends of Rs 11 per share, or 110%, which were distributed throughout the year.
The meeting will also address the appointment of auditors for the fiscal year 2026-27 and determine their remuneration. Additionally, any other business matters permitted by the Chair will be discussed.
