Non-Executive Director’s Spouse Sells Shares in Lucky Cement Under Regulatory Disclosure

Karachi: In a recent disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, Lucky Cement Limited reported a share transaction involving a non-executive director's family member. The report, dated September 25, 2026, was made in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4, which mandates the disclosure of interests by directors, executives, and substantial shareholders, as well as their spouses and minors.

According to the report, Ikram Hussain Khan, the spouse of Mariam Tebbe Khan, a non-executive director at Lucky Cement, executed a sale of shares. On September 21, 2026, Khan sold a total of 5,000 shares in the company at a rate of 421.5028884 per share. The transaction was classified as a 'Ready' market transaction under the Central Depository Company (CDC) system.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transaction did not result in any change in the cumulative percentage of shares held by the relevant persons, remaining at 0.00%.
