Karachi: The Board of Directors of EMAN Management (Private) Limited, the management company for Orient Rental Modaraba, convened on September 25, 2026, to approve the financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2026. During the meeting, a final cash dividend of Rs.1.2 per certificate, equivalent to 12%, was recommended for the fiscal year.
The dividend announcement aligns with the Board's decision to maintain shareholder returns despite a decrease in profits. The annual review meeting is scheduled for October 27, 2026, at the company's registered office in Karachi. According to the company's statement, shareholders listed in the Register of Members by October 19, 2026, will be eligible for the dividend.
The financial results, released in the report by EMAN Management, detail the performance of Orient Rental Modaraba. The total assets as of June 30, 2026, amounted to 2.53 billion rupees, a decrease from the previous year's 2.66 billion rupees. The tangible assets registered at 1.31 billion rupees, down from 1.51 billion rupees the prior year. Conversely, current assets rose to 1.14 billion rupees from 1.06 billion rupees.
