UDL International Limited Announces Financial Results with 12.5% Cash Dividend

Karachi: UDL International Limited has released its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, following a Board of Directors meeting held on September 29, 2026, at the company's head office in Karachi. The board has approved a cash dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share, representing a 12.5% payout, while no bonus or right shares have been issued.

The entitlement will be distributed to shareholders pending approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 28, 2026. The meeting will be conducted at the NBFI & Modaraba Association of Pakistan's office in Karachi. Share transfer books will be closed from October 22 to October 28, 2026, with transfers received by the close of business on October 21 considered eligible.

The company's unconsolidated statement of financial position reveals total assets of Rs. 764.23 million for 2026, compared to Rs. 606.39 million in 2025 and Rs. 538.14 million in 2024. The shareholders' equity stands at Rs. 720.82 million, up from Rs. 561.99 million in the previous year.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), UDL International Limited's revenue reserves include un-appropriated profits of Rs. 204.54 million, a significant recovery from a deficit of Rs. 3.79 million in 2025. The company also reports a revenue loss on the remeasurement carried out at fair value through other comprehensive income, amounting to Rs. 10.18 million.

The financial results feature net sales of Rs. 599,590, with the company achieving a gross profit of Rs. 277,233. Investment and other income have surged to Rs. 104.45 million, contributing to a profit before taxation of Rs. 56.16 million, after accounting for operating expenses and financial charges. The profit for the year is Rs. 41.19 million, with earnings per share calculated at Rs. 1.17.
