Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited Shifts Registered Office from Sindh to Punjab

Lahore: Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited (ICIBL) has announced the relocation of its registered office from the province of Sindh to Punjab, following approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The change was confirmed on September 29, 2026, and aligns with the company's strategic objectives to enhance operational efficiency and shareholder value.

The newly designated registered office is situated at 131-A, P-Street, Upper Mall Scheme in Lahore, with contact numbers 042-35777285-86. Despite the shift, the Karachi office will maintain its operations as a branch office, ensuring continuity of service for stakeholders in the region.

This move follows a Special Resolution passed by the company on July 31, 2026, as part of an application under section 32 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 2017. The resolution entailed amendments to the Memorandum of Association to facilitate the relocation, with the SECP confirming there were no creditor objections to the amendment.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the change is expected to bolster the company's capacity to manage its affairs more effectively, benefiting shareholders directly. This strategic decision underscores ICIBL's commitment to optimizing its business operations within Pakistan's financial landscape.

The SECP's approval represents a significant development for ICIBL, providing a framework for further actions in compliance with relevant legal requirements. The company remains focused on leveraging its new operational base in Punjab to drive growth and efficiency across its investment banking services.
