Lahore: Emco Industries Limited, a company listed under the designated market category of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), has released its financial results for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors convened on September 29, 2026, through an online video conference to approve the financial statements and make key recommendations.

The company reported a notable increase in revenue, reaching 4.68 billion rupees for the year 2026, up from 3.60 billion rupees in 2025. This represents a very large or significant move, showcasing a robust financial performance over the fiscal year. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company's net profit for the year amounted to 69.44 million rupees, up from 55.74 million rupees in 2025. This resulted in basic and diluted earnings per share of 1.98 rupees, compared to 1.59 rupees the previous year.

The Board of Directors has not recommended any cash dividends, bonus shares, or right shares for this period. The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for October 26, 2026, at ICC House, Lahore, where further details and strategic plans will likely be discussed.

In terms of cash flow, the company generated 135.48 million rupees from operating activities, a moderate increase from 113.69 million rupees in the previous year. However, it experienced a net cash outflow of 155.57 million rupees from investing activities and a slight net cash outflow from financing activities amounting to 13.72 million rupees.
