Karachi: Trust Modaraba has announced the schedule for its upcoming Annual Review Meeting (ARM) and the corresponding book closure period, according to a report dated October 1, 2026. The meeting is set for Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the NBFI & Modaraba Association of Pakistan, located at the Progressive Centre on Shahrah-e-Faisal. Certificate holders will have the opportunity to review the financial performance of the Modaraba for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
In alignment with the meeting, the certificate transfer books of Trust Modaraba will be closed from Thursday, October 15, 2026, to Thursday, October 22, 2026, inclusive of both dates. Transfers must be completed with M/s. Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Ltd. by the end of business hours on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, to be eligible for participation in the meeting. Attendance options for the ARM include both physical presence and virtual participation through a video conferencing facility. Certificate holders listed in the register at the close of business on October 14, 2026, are entitled to attend.
