Lahore: At-Tahur Limited has announced the convening of its 19th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for October 28, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting, which will be the company's ninth since its listing on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), is set to take place at its registered office located at 182-Abu Bakar Block, New Garden Town, Lahore.

The agenda of the meeting includes the presentation and adoption of the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. Shareholders will also review the accompanying Directors' and Auditors' reports, as well as the Chairman's Review Report. The appointment of auditors is another key item on the agenda. M/s Riaz Ahmad & Company, Chartered Accountants, the current auditors, are retiring but are eligible and willing to be re-appointed.
