Karachi: Intermarket Securities Limited has announced that its 28th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 3:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the Defence Authority Creek Club (Creek Hall) in DHA Karachi, with an option for members to join via a video link arrangement.

According to the notice, the agenda for the meeting includes several ordinary business items. The members will review, consider, and adopt the annual audited accounts of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2026. This will be accompanied by the Directors' and Auditors' Reports pertaining to the same financial year.
