Karachi: Century Paper & Board Mills Limited has officially announced the details for its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to take place on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Dr. Shamshad Akhtar Auditorium located in the Pakistan Stock Exchange Building on Stock Exchange Road, Karachi. Additionally, arrangements have been made to facilitate electronic participation through a video link, allowing shareholders to engage remotely.

The agenda for the AGM comprises both ordinary and special business. Under ordinary business, shareholders will be asked to receive, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements of the company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. These financial statements will be presented alongside the Directors' and Auditors' reports.
