The conversions were carried out by various directors and substantial shareholders, marking a notable shift in the company's shareholding structure. Ahmed Ali Tariq, a non-executive director, converted 2.50 million preference shares at a rate of 10.00 per share, increasing his cumulative shareholding to 31.96 million shares, representing 35.82% of the company's total shares. Mustafa Ali Tariq, serving as an executive director, similarly converted 2.15 million shares at the same rate, raising his total shareholding to 29.67 million shares, or 33.26% of the overall shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Danish Elahi, a substantial shareholder, converted 555,731 shares, resulting in a cumulative holding of 12.28 million shares, equating to 13.77% of the company's shares. Additionally, Raza Elahi, an independent director, executed a conversion of 200,625 shares, bringing his total to 549,040 shares, which accounts for 0.62% of the company's shareholding. Meanwhile, Muhammad Imran Khan, another independent director, made a minor move by converting 140 shares, maintaining a negligible percentage of 0.00% with a total of 1,732 shares.
