Karachi: Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has announced the convening of its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM), slated to be held on October 28, 2026, at the PNSC Head Office on M.T. Khan Road in Karachi. The meeting is scheduled to commence at 11:00 a.m., as stated in the official notice dated October 6, 2026.

The agenda for the AGM includes several key items of business. Members will be called upon to confirm the minutes from the previous AGM held on October 28, 2025. The meeting will also focus on the consideration and adoption of the audited financial statements for the corporation, alongside the consolidated financial statements of the PNSC Group, both of which pertain to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
