Karachi: Fateh Sports Wear Limited has been granted an extension by the Commission to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to submit its financial statements, in accordance with the stipulations of the Companies Act, 2017. The company applied for this extension citing the need for additional time to convene its AGM and present the annual audited financial statements for shareholder consideration.

According to the terms outlined under section 132 read with section 223 of the Companies Act, 2017, Fateh Sports Wear Limited is now required to conduct its AGM by November 27, 2026. This extension pertains to the financial year ending June 30, 2026. The company is expected to use this additional time to ensure comprehensive preparation and presentation of its financial data.

Furthermore, in compliance with section 237 of the Act, the Commission has also extended the deadline for Fateh Sports Wear Limited to file its first quarterly financial statements. The new deadline for the submission of these statements, covering the quarter ending September 30, 2026, is now set for November 29, 2026.

This decision was communicated to the company in a letter approved by the competent authority. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the extension aligns with regulatory provisions that ensure companies can adequately prepare and report their financial standings.
