ARN Securities (Private) Limited has successfully activated its status as a Trading Only Securities Broker on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), according to a report dated October 14, 2026. This development follows ARN Securities' fulfillment of all necessary requirements under Regulation No. 4.11 of PSX Regulations, which governs the activation of Trading Rights Entitlement Certificate (TREC) holders.

The company's activation as a securities broker comes with the appointment of EClear Services Limited (ESL) as its Professional Clearing Member (PCM). ESL will manage the settlement of executed trades and maintain custody of the securities and funds for all accounts associated with ARN Securities, including proprietary and other related accounts.
