Karachi: The Board of Directors of Blue-EX Limited has authorized a change in the company's registered office address, as disclosed in a report dated October 14, 2026. This decision, made through a Board Resolution by circulation, aligns with the stipulations of Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015, as well as Clause 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

The relocation will be effective from October 15, 2026. Blue-EX Limited's registered office will move from its current location at Bunglow No. 5, Bangalore Town, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, to a new site at 51H, 50th Street, Block 6, PECHS, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Notably, the company's contact numbers and email addresses will remain unchanged.
