Faisalabad: Chenab Limited, a significant player within the designated market category of textile manufacturing, has scheduled its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for November 26, 2026. According to the official notice submitted by the company, the meeting is set to commence at 12:00 Noon at the company's registered office in Nishatabad, Faisalabad.

The agenda for the AGM includes the confirmation of the minutes from the last meeting held on November 21, 2025, and the consideration and approval of the company's Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. These financial statements, along with the Directors and Auditors Reports, have been audited by M/s. RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants, based in Faisalabad.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also announced the retirement and re-eligibility of its external auditors, M/s. RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman. Both the Audit Committee and the Board have recommended their re-appointment for the financial year 2027, along with a proposal to fix their remuneration.

Additionally, the meeting will address any other business matters that may arise with the permission of the Chair. The notice of the AGM has been published for circulation among the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange in the "Daily Business Recorder" and "Daily Jang" on November 6, 2026.
