NBP Pakistan Growth ETF Set for Rebalancing Amid Regulatory Compliance

Karachi: NBP Fund Management Limited has announced the rebalancing of the NBP Pakistan Growth ETF (NBPGETF), in compliance with section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulation, and the Offering Document of NBPGETF. This process is scheduled to commence on November 6, 2026.

The rebalancing of the NBP Pakistan Growth Index, which NBPGETF tracks, will trigger the reconstitution of the ETF's portfolio. As a result, the process will begin on the specified date to align with the updated index components. During this transitional phase, the dissemination of the indicative Net Asset Value (iNAV) will persist, based on the previous basket of securities. However, it should be noted that the iNAV may not accurately reflect the current composition of the underlying assets during this period.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this rebalancing initiative is a routine adjustment aimed at ensuring the ETF's portfolio remains representative of the index. The ETF will continue to operate under its designated market category during the rebalancing process.

Upon the successful reconstitution of the portfolio, NBP Fund Management Limited will notify the exchange, signaling the completion of the rebalancing activity. The firm has emphasized its commitment to maintaining transparency and compliance throughout the process.
