Karachi: Agro Processors and Atmospheric Gases Limited (APAG) announced the successful crediting of its final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, into the bank accounts of eligible shareholders. The company confirmed that the dividend, amounting to PKR 0.5 per share, representing a 25% disbursement, was distributed electronically on November 5, 2026.

The announcement came after the dividend was approved during the 47th Annual General Meeting of the company. APAG emphasized that only those shareholders who have submitted valid Computerised National Identity Cards (CNIC) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) received the payment.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), there have been instances where shareholders did not receive their dividends due to incomplete or missing bank account details. In compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, APAG has withheld dividends for members lacking valid IBAN or CNIC details.

Shareholders who have not yet received their dividends are advised to contact the company’s Share Registrar or the Central Depository Company (CDC) to provide the necessary bank account details to facilitate the receipt of their dividends.
