Adamjee Life Assurance Company Reschedules Board Meeting to Consider Annual Accounts

Karachi: Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited has announced a rescheduling of its Board of Directors meeting originally set for February 25, 2025. The meeting, initially planned for 11:30 a.m., will now take place at 4:00 p.m. on the same day. The agenda remains to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ending December 31, 2024, and possibly declare any entitlements.

The company has also declared a "Closed Period" from February 18, 2025, to February 25, 2025.
