Karachi: Agha Steel Industries Limited has announced the scheduling of its Board of Directors meeting, set to take place on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. in Karachi. The meeting is convened to consider and approve the company’s unaudited financial statements for the first quarter, which ended on September 30, 2025. The board will also address other relevant business matters during this session.
In compliance with the regulatory framework, Agha Steel Industries Limited has declared a “Closed Period” from October 17, 2025, to October 23, 2025, both days inclusive. This measure is in accordance with clause 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, no director, Chief Executive Officer, or executive of the company is permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings in the company’s shares.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the closed period is a standard practice aimed at maintaining market integrity and preventing insider trading. The company has duly informed the members of the Exchange about the closed period and the forthcoming board meeting.
