Karachi: Agriauto Industries Limited has issued a notice for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on 24 October 2024 at the ICAP Auditorium in Karachi at 11:30 am. The meeting will address the company's affairs for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2024.

In line with Clause 5.6.9(b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book, the notice of the AGM, detailing the agenda and resolutions to be proposed, will be published in "Dawn" (English) and "Roznama Dunya" (Urdu) newspapers on Monday, 30 September 2024. This advance notification is intended to ensure that all shareholders have the opportunity to participate in the deliberations.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the AGM will cover various aspects of the company's performance and strategic direction, along with voting on key corporate decisions. The company has also instructed that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed of the upcoming meeting to facilitate a broad and transparent shareholder dialogue.
