Karachi: Agriauto Industries Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for October 21, 2024, to review the company’s financial performance for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. The meeting will take place in Karachi.

According to the notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company also declared a "Closed Period" from October 15 to October 21, 2024, adhering to clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive of Agriauto Industries is permitted to trade the company’s shares, directly or indirectly.
