Karachi, Agriauto Industries Limited has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited that its Board of Directors will convene on April 22, 2024, in Karachi. The purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the quarterly accounts for the period that ended on March 31, 2024, and to discuss potential entitlement declarations.

In line with the requirements set forth under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Exchange, Agriauto Industries has declared a closed period from April 16 to April 22, 2024. During this time, the company's directors, CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading in its shares, either directly or indirectly.

The announcement is aimed at keeping the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange informed of the upcoming corporate activities.
