Lahore: Agritech Limited, a prominent player in the chemicals and agriculture sector, announced a series of stock transactions executed by one of its senior executives, Hafiz Muhammad Shakeel Zahid, as per regulatory requirements. Hafiz Muhammad Shakeel Zahid, an executive at Agritech, reported multiple transactions in the company’s shares over a span of a few weeks. The transactions involved both purchases and sales of shares, resulting in a current total holding of 8,700 shares. The transactions began on August 13, 2025, with an initial purchase of 700 shares. Further purchases were made on August 21, and August 26, culminating in a final acquisition on September 1. The executive also sold a portion of his holdings on August 22.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions reflect a series of minor moves within the stock market. The executive’s trading activity was conducted on the open market and was duly reported to the company’s board, ensuring adherence to transparency and regulatory standards.



The disclosure also included a gain of Rs. 8,867 reported by Zahid from these transactions, which occurred within a six-month period from August 6, 2025, to September 9, 2025. The gain was realized from buying and selling activities conducted in compliance with regulations.
