Lahore: Agritech Limited recently held a board meeting at its registered office in Askari Corporate Tower, focusing on matters other than financial results. The meeting, conducted on October 10, 2024, included provisions for participants to join via video link from various locations.

During the meeting, which commenced at Lahore, board members discussed several key topics. However, according to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), there was no material information deemed necessary for immediate dissemination to the public or the stock exchange following the session.

As a result of the discussions, company officials have been instructed to update TRE certificate holders of the exchange about the outcomes, indicating that no significant decisions impacting the company’s financial standing or market operations were made. This step ensures transparency and ongoing communication with the stakeholders despite the absence of substantial announcements.
