Lahore: Agritech Limited has announced a change in the schedule for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was initially set for April 21, 2025. The meeting will now take place on April 28, 2025, in Lahore and through a video link. This adjustment was communicated in a continuation of the company's earlier letter dated March 27, 2025.

As a result of the rescheduling, Agritech Limited will keep its share transfer books closed from April 21, 2025, to April 28, 2025, inclusive of both days. The company has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed about this change.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the designated market category for Agritech Limited remains unchanged. The company assures stakeholders that the meeting will proceed as planned on the new date, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place for both physical and virtual attendance.
