Multan: Ahmad Hassan Textile Mills Limited has announced the upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting, set to be held at its registered office, located at Multan. The meeting is scheduled for October 28, 2024, where the company will transact key business matters.
The agenda for the meeting includes confirming the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting, which was held on October 28, 2023. The company will also present the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the financial year ending June 30, 2024, which will be reviewed alongside the Chairman’s Review, Directors’ Reports, and Auditors’ Reports.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has uploaded its Financial Statements on its website, allowing shareholders to access them directly via a QR code or through the provided link.
In addition, shareholders will address the appointment of auditors for the financial year 2025. The current auditors, Messrs. Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, will retire but have expressed their eligibility and willingness to be re-appointed. Remuneration for the auditors will also be discussed and determined during the meeting.
