Karachi: Air Link Communication Limited has successfully distributed a final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, crediting Rs. 4.00 per share, or 40%, into the bank accounts of its eligible shareholders on October 02, 2024.

The distribution follows the company's announcement made during the Board of Directors' meeting on September 02, 2024. This dividend was paid directly into the designated bank accounts of shareholders who provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) and National Identity Card Numbers (CNIC). According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the dividend payment was executed in compliance with Regulation No. 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, alongside section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017.

However, for shareholders who did not provide the necessary documentation—specifically a valid IBAN and CNIC—the dividend payments have been withheld. These withheld dividends will be handled as per the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing such transactions.
