Al Meezan Investment Management Initiates Rebalancing of Meezan Pakistan Exchange Traded Fund

karachi: Al Meezan Investment Management Limited has announced the commencement of the rebalancing process for the Meezan Pakistan Exchange Traded Fund (MZNPETF) as of today, June 10, 2026. This action is in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, Clause 5.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations, and the fund's Offering Document.

The rebalancing of the MZNPETF portfolio is a significant event for investors and stakeholders, as it affects the investment strategies and holdings within the fund. During this period, the indicative Net Asset Value (iNAV) will continue to be disseminated based on the previous asset basket. However, it will not accurately represent the current underlying basket of assets.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the rebalancing process is crucial for maintaining the alignment of the fund with its investment objectives and market conditions. Stakeholders are advised to take note of the changes and adjust their strategies accordingly.

Al Meezan Investment Management plans to notify the exchange once the rebalancing process is complete. The TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange will also be informed to ensure transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As the market adjusts to these changes, stakeholders within the designated market category of exchange-traded funds will be closely monitoring the developments for any potential impacts on their investments.
