According to the disclosure dated July 1, 2026, Al-Noor Fertilizer Industries Limited engaged in multiple buy transactions, beginning with the purchase of 101 shares at an average rate of Rs. 360.66 on June 1, 2026. On June 5, the company acquired an additional 4 shares at Rs. 373.49 per share, followed by the purchase of 109 shares at Rs. 365.15 on June 8. The transactions continued with a significant acquisition of 11,267 shares at Rs. 382.24 on June 23. This was closely followed by a substantial purchase of 100,000 shares on June 24, at an average rate of Rs. 380.19 per share. The final transaction was executed on June 29, involving 10,041 shares purchased at Rs. 381.69.
