Karachi: Al Shaheer Corporation Limited has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for an extension to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company is now scheduled to convene the AGM by the 27th of November, 2023, extended from the year-end closing date of 30th June 2023.
