Al Shaheer Corporation Limited has secured an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year concluding on 30-06-2023. The AGM has been rescheduled for 27-11-2023.
