Karachi: Alfalah GHP Income Fund, with no reported offer or redemption prices, has announced a 4.07% distribution for the year 2023. The fund had previously distributed Rs. 5.3659 per unit in 2021. Its financial year ends in June and it was listed on the PSE in 2007.
