Karachi, A meeting of the Board of Directors of Archroma Pakistan Limited is scheduled for Monday, April 29, 2024, at the company's registered office in Karachi to discuss the financial statements for the second quarter, which ended on March 31, 2024.

The company has also declared a closed period from April 22, 2024, to April 29, 2024, in accordance with the proviso of the Code of Corporate Governance of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
