Faisalabad: Arctic Textile Mills Limited has communicated the publication of ballot papers and the provision of electronic voting in relation to its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This notice was issued to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on October 18, 2024.

According to the company’s notice, the AGM is scheduled for October 4, 2024. Enclosed with the notice were copies of the ballot papers, as required under regulation 08 of the Companies (Postal Ballot) Regulations, 2018. The ballot papers were published on October 18, 2024, in two newspapers: Daily “Business Recorder” and “Nawa-i-Waqat.” This publication aims to inform shareholders about their voting rights.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Arctic Textile Mills Limited has urged that this information be communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange.
