Karachi: Arif Habib Corporation Limited has electronically credited the final cash dividend of Rs.7 per share, equivalent to 70%, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, into the designated bank accounts of eligible shareholders. This decision, approved at the Annual General Meeting on November 27, 2024, ensures shareholders receive their entitled dividends as of December 3, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders who have not provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) have had their dividend payments withheld. This action is in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. The corporation has assured that these withheld dividends will be managed per relevant statutes and regulatory directives.

A notice detailing this information will be published in 'The Nation' in English and 'Nawa-e-Waqt' in Urdu on December 5, 2024.
