KARACHI: Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited has declared a final cash dividend of Rs. 1.75 per unit, totaling an annualized rate of 17.50%, for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. The dividend has been credited electronically to the bank accounts of unit holders of the Globe Residency REIT as of October 4, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this dividend payout follows the applicable regulations under Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. The company has withheld payments to unit holders who have not provided valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs) or Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs), ensuring compliance with the legal requirements set by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
